1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the qg33 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services and any other content or functionality offered through qg33.app (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and qg33 (the "Operator"). 2Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on qg33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. qg33 enforces a strict minimum age policy and may request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• You are registering and playing in your own name using your own personal payment methods. You may not register or play on behalf of another person.
• You do not already hold an existing active account on qg33. Each player is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned or suspended from qg33 or any related platform operated by the same Operator.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

qg33 may conduct identity and age verification checks at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account restriction, suspension or permanent closure. Any winnings accrued while eligibility requirements were not met may be forfeited at qg33's sole discretion.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on qg33. When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete personal information and keep this information up to date. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify qg33 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. qg33 will not be held liable for losses from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• All information submitted during registration and during any KYC process must be truthful, accurate and not misleading. Providing false personal information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• qg33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of a player's relationship with the Platform.
• Players are responsible for all activity that occurs on their account, including activity resulting from their failure to keep account credentials secure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

qg33 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via bKash or Nagad. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit on the same account. qg33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• qg33 does not charge platform transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own standard fees, which are outside qg33's control.
• Deposits via bKash or Nagad are credited to the player's qg33 wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes for bKash and Nagad during standard operating hours.
• All funds deposited must be used for gaming activity. qg33 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large or unusual transactions. Players must not use the Platform as a money transfer service.
• qg33 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where required by internal compliance standards. Failure to provide such documentation may result in withdrawal suspension.

Winnings are credited to the player's qg33 wallet in real time. The unified wallet covers all game categories on the Platform — no internal fund transfers between game sections are required.

5Bonuses and Promotions

qg33 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions and other incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited at qg33's sole discretion and are subject to specific wagering requirements communicated clearly at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• qg33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, and to adjust or forfeit any bonus balance where there is evidence of abuse, collusion or manipulation.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

7Prohibited Conduct

• Opening, operating or using multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading any restriction applied to an existing account.

• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful source. qg33 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the detection and reporting of financial crime.

8Responsible Gaming

• Any inaccuracy in game outcome data, odds or payout calculations resulting from a third-party studio or data provider error outside qg33's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure, including losses arising from unauthorised account access by a third party.

12Account Suspension and Termination

qg33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, the prohibited conduct policy or the bonus terms.
• qg33 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
• The player has failed to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from qg33.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player, or qg33 has identified problem gambling behaviours that warrant a protective account restriction.

In the event of account closure by qg33 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13Amendments to These Terms

qg33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, qg33 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to affected players via the Platform or by email to the registered account address. 14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
